Fundació Privada Pere Closa, coordinator of the RomInDis project, dedicates its efforts to promoting education and social inclusion for the Roma community in Catalonia, fostering educational success and raising awareness of Roma culture.
Through RomInDis, the foundation works more comprehensively on physical disability within the Roma community, collaborating closely with Roma health mediators and health professionals to promote access to healthcare for the Roma population.
To date, they have impacted over 4,400 children and youth, worked with 307 schools, and supported 2,657 families, showing that education and Roma culture are key tools to combat stereotypes and promote social cohesion.
